Meet Our Founder
Courageous Fire is more than name—it's a lived legacy.
Our founder, a domestic violence survivor and national trainer, created Courageous Fire, LLC to change outcomes for Black women—and the systems around them. Through a career rooted in social work, education, and organizational strategy, she blends healing and high performance into one model of transformation.

She has logged over 2,500 hours of field research on trauma-informed, culturally-infused care, is a certified Community Health Worker, and has trained agencies, corporations, and government systems across the country. Her work brings trauma-informed strategies into workforce wellness, client services, and leadership policy.
